We were delighted to be upgraded to a Royal Suite upon arrival thanks to Mr. Zarman's assistance. Mr. Imran's friendly and informative room tour further enhanced our experience. The following day, Zubaria and Asghar went above and beyond to help us print some important documents with a smile. On our departure day, we had to check out early due to unforeseen circumstances. However, when our work finished sooner than expected and finding ourselves with extra time before our flight, we decided to return to the hotel. The front desk staff graciously allowed us to reoccupy our room until 1 pm, demonstrating their professionalism and kindness. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly service from Sana in the restaurant. Overall, our experience at Avari was exceptional due to the outstanding service provided by the staff.

i would like to thank all the staff escpecially Zubair, Zubaria, and Meher for assisting me, as i travelled late on saturday night, and sunday all currency exchange was closed i had no access to any money, the staff was so helpful in ensuring my needs was met, they could see how distressed i was and booked me taxis etc and paid for things from their own pockets to help me until all banks was open again. i had to make a doctors appointment and they went out of thier way to ensure this happened. A truly great gesture. This hotel staff really look after the people that are staying with them.

I have previously stayed at Avari and my interactions with members of the staff has always been outstanding. I wish to also mention that Zubaria and Aadil have always showed a quality which supersedes a lot of other things and the due consideration for the guests.

The gem in the crown was Ms.Sana (hostess) at the restaurant. Her sense of hospitality made the homelike atmosphere. Highly appreciated.
